RATES & POLICIES*

 

Lease Rates/Terms:
     · $1495 per month, plus utilities**, minimum one year lease required.  
       Please call for current availability and pricing.
     · Multiple year lease terms as well as month to month tenancies are also available. Please call for
       rates & availability.

Residency Requirements:
     · Good credit history, Fair Issac Credit Score of 680 or above, minimum gross monthly verifiable
       income of $4000 per month.
     · Renters Insurance.
     · Vehicles must have current registration and inspection, and in consideration of the environment,
       not leak any fluids. Motorcycles are not permitted.
     · No criminal history of felony or sex crime conviction(s).
     · Submittal of application shall denote acceptance of the above lease rates/terms and residency
       requirements.

Security Deposit:
     ·A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required upon lease signing.

Unit Reservation:
     · A signed lease and a security deposit is required to reserve or hold a unit.

Smoking:
     · Not permitted in the buildings or on the grounds.

Pets:
     · One indoor cat is permitted. There is a pet fee of $25.00 per month for this. Service dogs are permitted and not subject to these policies.

Landlord, Great Traditions Home Builders, Inc. reserves the right to change, waive, or amend these residency rates and policies without notice. All lease rates are based upon the monthly rental payment being received in the "Rent Check" box by 5:00 pm E.S.T. on the first day of every month.

** Utilities consist of electric, natural gas, telephone, and cable television. City water and sewer, as well as private trash disposal are included in the stated monthly lease rates.
