In 1996, Frank continued his family’s 50 year tradition of home building by starting his own company, Great Traditions Home Builders, Inc.  What gives Great Traditions a unique edge is the incorporation of years of Frank’s experience from having grown up observing and helping build homes with his family as a young child, to his integrity and commitment to helping his customers build their dream home as stress-free as possible, and to his loyalty and long-term working relationship with his subcontractors.  Frank built his first speculation home in 1991 at the age of 19, when building on the seacoast of New Hampshire was static due to the financial tidal wave that was sweeping the northeast brought on by a recession.  Frank finished two subdivisions in Hampton in the mid-late 1990’s and early 2000.  From there, he built numerous custom and speculation homes throughout the seacoast and a 55+ luxury apartment community, Cornerstone Court.  Whatever dream that can be dreamed, style, or complexity, Frank has the expertise and knowledge to help his customers realize that dream in their own home.  Great Traditions Home Builders, Inc. also has the unique features of an in-house full service real estate brokerage firm and financing available to help his customers with various options in realizing their home-building dreams.
